Concession Stand
Call for Volunteers. We can use your help during
games to sell admission tickets, sell 50/50 tickets and to help
out in the concession stand. The concession stand is operated during home varsity and junior
varsity football and basketball games. Scheduling
is flexible so you won't miss your child's game. Frequently asked questions.
Concession workers should arrive at least 1/2 hour
before the game.
- Varsity Football games start at 7 pm.
- JV Football games start at 6 p.m.
- Basketball games start at 6 p.m.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the concession stand open?
Junior varsity home games: Thursdays, 5:30 - 9 p.m.
Varsity home games: Fridays, 6:30 - 9 p.m.
Can I pick the times or length of shifts I
work?
Yes. You can work as much or as little as you like, but we
would like your help. We know you don't want to miss your child's game, so
scheduling is flexible. For example, parents of varsity players often work a JV game or vice versa. You can choose to work one game during a
season or multiple games.
What will I do?
You can help out at the concession window or help with food preparation.
Why volunteer?
It's fun to volunteer. The profits from the concession stand go back into the St. Charles sports programs. It's also a great way to meet other parents in the community.
